Supadance shoes are designed for a snug, performance fit. We recommend ordering smaller than your regular UK size for open-toe women's Latin sandals. For closed-toe Ballroom women's shoes, order your regular size. Men's shoes and practice shoes also run true to your regular size. Our shoes are available in a range of widths — Regular, Wide, and Narrow — to ensure the perfect fit.

Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall and mark the end of your longest toe, then measure the length. For width, wrap a soft measuring tape tightly around the widest part of your foot — this gives you your circumference measurement, which we compare to the 'last' the shoes are built on. You can send these measurements to us along with the shoe and heel type you'd like. We recommend trying a stock shoe first to gauge your size. See our size and heel guide for more details.

Yes — unworn shoes in their original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. Please note that made-to-order and custom shoes cannot be returned unless faulty.

Yes, most styles are available in multiple heel heights. If you don't see your preferred heel on the website, contact us — we can often make your chosen style with a different heel as a made-to-order option (£25 extra, 4–6 weeks).

We offer Regular, Wide, and Narrow fittings across most styles. If you have very narrow or very wide feet, our bespoke service can create a custom fit for you.

Yes, we ship worldwide. UK orders benefit from free shipping on qualifying orders. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–5 working days for USA, and 5–10 working days for Europe and the rest of the world.

Standard UK delivery is 2–3 working days. Express and next-day options are available at checkout. International delivery is typically 3–10 working days depending on destination. Unused, undamaged shoes in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, along with the original receipt and completed returns form. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away marks. For stubborn stains, a small amount of specialist fabric cleaner can be used. Never machine-wash satin shoes. Allow them to air-dry naturally, away from direct heat.

Every pair of Supadance shoes comes with a cloth shoe case for storage. Keep your shoes in this breathable bag (not plastic) in a cool, dry place. Stuff them with tissue paper to help maintain their shape. Avoid leaving them in hot cars or direct sunlight, which can warp the sole and fade materials. With proper care, a quality pair of Supadance shoes will last for years. Competitive dancers who train daily may need to replace shoes or re-sole more frequently, but recreational dancers can expect excellent longevity from our handcrafted construction.
