How returns work

Check it's eligible

Unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, in original packaging, with the original receipt. Within 28 days of receipt.

Complete the returns form

Fill in the form on the back of your sales invoice and place it inside the parcel.

Post it back

UK customers only: use the pre-paid Royal Mail label included with your parcel (or request a QR code for the Post Office). International customers (outside the UK): you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping to our Loughton address — we do not provide return labels outside the UK.

We process your refund or exchange

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. UK exchanges are sent at no extra cost; international exchanges incur return postage at cost (we'll email the charge before dispatch).

What can be returned

  • Unworn, undamaged, unsoiled shoes in original packaging
  • Returned within 28 days of receipt
  • Accompanied by the original receipt and completed returns form

Non-returnable: videos, books, and made-to-order or custom shoes (unless faulty).

Tip: when trying on shoes for the first time, stand on a clean, soft surface such as carpet or paper (not newspaper) to avoid soiling.

UK returns — free (UK addresses only)

The pre-paid Royal Mail label included with your parcel is valid only for return shipments sent from within the United Kingdom. Affix it and drop the package off at any Post Office or Royal Mail postbox.

Lost the label? Email [email protected] and we'll send one across.

No printer? Generate a Royal Mail QR code and present it at your local Post Office — they'll print the label for you. UK postage only — the QR code will not work for parcels sent from outside the UK.

International returns (outside the UK)

We do not provide return labels or pre-paid postage for any country outside the United Kingdom — this includes the USA, Canada, EU, Australia, Japan and the rest of the world.

You will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping with your preferred local courier or postal service (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.). We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Post your parcel to the address shown further down this page. To avoid unnecessary customs duties or VAT charges on re-entry to the UK, the outer label must clearly state, for example:

"Returned Goods — For Exchange/Faulty — UK Origin"

Exchanges sent back to addresses outside UK mainland incur postage at cost — we'll email the charge before dispatch. When we send your exchange to you it will also be declared as returned goods.

Refunds & shipping charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for faulty manufacturing.
  • Where we cover return shipping, we refund up to the value of the original shipping amount.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

Faulty shoes — 6-month warranty

We cover faulty manufacturing for six months from receipt. Dance shoes are flexible and soft by design — they are more delicate than fashion shoes or sports trainers, and have a shorter natural life span. Faulty shoes returned after six months cannot be accepted.
