Dispatch schedule
Our working days are Tuesday to Friday. Orders are dispatched the same working day where possible.
- Order by 1pm on Friday for same-week dispatch.
- We do not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
- Delivery timeframes start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Tracking details are emailed once your parcel leaves our workshop in Loughton.
