Summer Factory Break
Our workshop closes for three weeks. Here is everything you need to know about made-to-order deadlines and when your shoes will be ready.

This was the last date to place a made-to-order for completion before our factory closes on 3 August.
3 – 21 August 2026
Factory Closed
Our workshop takes a well-earned 3-week summer break. No production during this time.
24 August 2026
Production Resumes
Made-to-orders placed during the break will enter production from this date onwards.
When will my shoes be ready?
Made-to-order shoes take 4–6 weeks to craft by hand. Use the table below to see when yours will be ready based on when you order.
Common questions
Can I still place a made-to-order during the break?
Yes. Our website remains open and we will still accept made-to-order requests throughout August. They simply won't begin production until our workshop reopens on 24 August.
Will in-stock items still be dispatched?
Yes. Any shoes we hold in stock will continue to be dispatched as normal throughout the break.
What if I need shoes for a competition in September?
If your event is in early September, you must place your order on or before 25 June. Orders placed in August will not be ready until late September or early October.
