Supadance International Ltd has been handcrafting dance shoes in England since 1960. We're committed to your satisfaction — if you have any questions or feedback, please get in touch.

Browse the store, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Your order confirmation email simply tells you we've received your order — it isn't a contract yet. A contract forms when we send you an invoice.

This protects us both if a pricing error occurs or a product becomes unavailable. If a price changes, we'll always contact you first to confirm before dispatch.

Some styles fit differently in width and length — if you're unsure, please email or call us before ordering.

Items labelled Made to Order are manufactured individually to your specification rather than held in stock. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production, plus shipping time.

Once an order is placed, amendments or cancellations may not be possible after 1–3 business days, as production may already have started.

Fit & sizing

We cannot guarantee the fit of a made-to-order shoe based on remote measurements alone. Foot shape, volume, arch profile and personal preference all matter.

We strongly recommend you first try a stock pair in the same or closest style, size and width before placing a custom order. We may decline a made-to-order request if sizing hasn't been confirmed.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Sizes & outdoor soles

• Half & special sizes: available on selected styles. 4–6 weeks production, additional charge £25.
• Outdoor soles fitted at the factory: available on selected styles. 4–6 weeks production, additional charge £25.
• Removable stick-on outdoor soles can be bought separately for occasional outdoor wear (e.g. weddings).

Items in a sale, on special offer, or with a price reduction are non-returnable.

• UK Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £4.20 inc VAT
• UK Parcelforce next business day: £5.40 inc VAT
• International: Royal Mail International Tracked, Parcelforce, DHL or UPS — calculated at checkout

Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday are dispatched on the next business day (Tuesday).

UK Saturday delivery (£15) is available by phone only — call 020 8505 8888 before 2:30pm Friday.

Delivery times depend on the courier and destination and are beyond our control. Please report any delivery problems within 4 months of dispatch.

Back orders: if your item isn't in stock we'll back-order it for you and email you the option to cancel rather than wait.

United Kingdom — VAT

UK orders include VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%). Children's shoes and books are zero-rated. Both inclusive and exclusive prices are shown.

United States — duties pre-paid (DDP)

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid. Import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout, so no additional fees are due on delivery.

European Union

EU orders are not shipped DDP. Import VAT, duties and any local handling fees are charged by customs in the destination country and are payable by the customer on delivery.

Rest of world

Local import taxes, duties or handling fees may apply depending on the destination. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges on standard stock items. Full details are on our Returns page. Key points:

• 28 days from receipt to return goods.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging with the receipt.
• Free UK returns with the pre-paid Royal Mail label included in your parcel.
• UK mainland exchanges are sent free of charge. International exchanges incur postage at cost.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where goods are faulty.
• International returns: mark the parcel "Returned Goods — For Exchange/Faulty/Refund — UK Origin" to help avoid customs charges.
• Non-returnable: made-to-order shoes, customised shoes, books and videos.

All goods are guaranteed free of manufacturing faults for six months from purchase. Faulty items must be returned within that period.

Dance shoes are intentionally lightweight, soft and flexible, and are naturally more delicate than fashion or sports footwear. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm the shoes are suitable for their needs.

All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). Payment in full is required with every order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider and are encrypted in transit. Card numbers are never stored in clear text on our website.

We do not share buyer information with third parties except where strictly necessary to fulfil your order (for example, our payment provider and shipping courier). Those parties will not pass your details on to anyone else.

We use cookies to:

• Remember the contents of your shopping cart
• Store delivery addresses in your address book (if used)
• Remember your login if you select "Remember Me"

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but you'll be unable to place orders or use other features that rely on them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
